Description

Montevetro will comprise approximately 19,500 sq m of contemporary office accommodation over 15 floors. Up to 80 car parking spaces will be provided over three levels of basement with extensive additional bicycle and motorcycle spaces.

Construction commenced in February 2008 and is due for completion Autumn 2010.

Barrow Street has been the subject of a thorough and detailed master planning process undertaken by DEGW Architects at the request of Dublin City Council. This plan has brought together the developers of the three identified major development sites within Barrow Street (of which Treasury Holdings controls two), to enable the complete transformation of the street scene and pedestrian links to the water. This will result in a new environment of modern business premises set within a historic setting enhanced by significant new public spaces.
