A profile of your Company

Background
The Company was incorporated in Jersey on 30 March 2001 and is a closed ended collective investment fund, as defined in the Collective Investment Funds (Jersey) law 1988, as amended, and the subordinate legislation made thereunder.

Following an amendment to the Memorandum and Articles of Association and the successful implementation of a scheme of reconstruction in early 2008, the Company's life is now unlimited.

Following the successful implementation of a financial restructuring on 12 May 2011, the Ordinary 1p shares in the Company were changed to Ordinary no par value shares.

Investment Objectives
The Company's investment objective is to meet the banking obligations and to provide Ordinary Shareholders with capital growth and a dividend.

Investment Adviser
The investment adviser for the Battersea Power Station portfolio and the Irish property portfolio is Treasury Holdings.

The Treasury Holdings Group is one of Ireland's largest and most successful property companies. Established in Dublin in 1989 by Richard Barrett and John Ronan, Treasury has been a pioneer in Dublin's growing property market and has been consistently ahead of the market in identifying and capitalising on property trends. Battersea Power Station, related bank loans, the Company’s obligations under the CULs and other related assets and liabilities have been transferred to a new holding company, BPSSV or one of its subsidiaries.

Investor Relations
The prime medium by which the Company communicates with shareholders is through the interim and annual reports, which aim to provide shareholders with a full understanding of the Group's activities and results.

All shareholders are encouraged to attend the AGM at which they will have the opportunity to address questions to the Chairman of the Board and the Chairmen of the Committees of the Board.

Shareholders wishing to lodge questions in advance of the AGM are invited to do so either on the reverse of the Proxy Card or in writing to the Company Secretary at the registered office, details of which can be found in the section ‘Contacting REO’.

At all other times the Company responds to letters from shareholders on a range of issues and the Board welcomes the introduction of the UK Stewardship Code which promotes dialogue between institutional investors and investee companies with the aim of improving long-term returns to shareholders and the efficient exercise of governance responsibilities.
